Cancellation and Refund Policy

Tour Days

Our sample itineraries provide a general idea of the daily activities we have planned. You will receive the final itinerary by email one month before the start date. While changes may occur based on winery hours or special events, we will make every effort to inform you of any adjustments in advance.

Payment Methods

Payments are accepted through Zelle (US Bank to US Bank) and PayPal. Zelle does not charge fees.

Cancellation Policy:

Full payment is due 4 months before the tour start date. Any cancellations before the final payment date will be refunded minus service fees for credit cards and PayPal.

Any cancellations made between 61 days and 4 months from the tour start date will be refunded 50% of the total cost or what has been paid up to that point minus service fees for credit cards and Paypal.  

Cancellations made between 60 days or less of the tour date will not be refunded.

In the event that you need to cancel your trip, you can apply the payments to a future tour with us.

Weather or Flight Delays

We are not responsible for weather or flight delays. We recommend flying into the city of the tour departure at least a day or two in advance. These major cities have lots to see and do, plus if you are flying from North America or Australia, the extra days will give you time to get over the jet lag.

Pick up/Drop off Destinations

We will pick up the group at either an airport or train station, depending on the city. It is your responsibility to be at the pickup point on time. We will drop you off at the same transportation center we picked you up from. You can arrange transportation from that point on your own.
